I could be wrong, but I think that you have to go ahead and pick an IP
address for the local cipcbX interface. (ipaddr=192.168.0.1 for example) I
think leaving the ptpaddr setting as 0.0.0.0 is acceptable because the
value will get filled in by the remote machine's ciped.

Just my $0.02's worth.
