Ouch, thinko. The cli() should be unnecessary because the whole thing
runs under kernel lock (from syscall, and it is Linux 2.0 after all).
So I think you can safely leave the NOPs in.

I'm just releasing 1.4.3 which contains the 2.0 compilation fixes, the
IP address printing fix, and minor cosmetics.
