Also, if you are using the same port on each peer for sending and
receiving, try using a different port for either.

e.g.

me              0.0.0.0:1234
peer            191.168.0.1:1234

becomes

me              0.0.0.0:1234
peer            191.168.0.1:1235

And modify the peer's setup to match. I suggest this because I'm seeing
Cipe 1.4.3 daemon/s fail to start because (apparently) the cipe driver has
that port bound already. Olaf, any comments ?
