I never liked the texinfo stuff either. It does not translate into
other documents that well, and for non-mathematicians, tex is a
little much to learn when you are trying to connect a VPN.
Besides my insignificant grip, however, I love cipe. Good work Olaf!
If you don't have texi2html, then get the tetex-1.0.6-7 package:
(texi2html comes from the package:)
