hey Phil,

Well i finally got my cipe tunnel up!
I had to use 192.168.253.2 & 192.168.254.1 as my cipe end points

I can now ping all hosts within each lan remotely etc.....
I can ftp and http to machines directly through tunnel. using private IP's
So from 192.168.0.101, I can ftp to 192.168.1.10

But I can't seem to browse the network Neigborhood or connect to my NT-server

The IP of my NT server is 192.168.1.10 and i tried to connect to it with
\\192.168.1.10\ on a windows machine and smb://192.168.1.10 on a linux
machine.

They both say the host cannot be found. I have the entire network bound to
IP only, no NetBEUI crap! Though I can reach it with a ping, that it!
Maybe due to authication requirements......

Thanks for your wonderful insight to my problems. I couldn't have gotten
this far in linux within the last 6 months without people like you.

Thank you vry much for your lengthy and very discriptive solutions.

-Nick
