The documentation makes not mention of /etc/cipe/pk/pkcipe.
If I run pkcipe without this file I get the message
(/usr/local/sbin/pkcipe -c example.com:pkcipe -E)
/etc/cipe/pk/pkcipe: stat: No such file or directory
What is supposed to go in this file?
