Your peer probably uses "pkcipe" for identity, not a good idea as it
is too generic (should use the machine name). If this is not the case,
something strange is going on; please send me the result of
pkcipe -D255 -E -c example.com:pkcipe.

(There is a small bug in pkcipe as the error reporting is not quite
right, I'm fixing this.)
