That warning is harmless, although such things really shouldn't happen
(some component of the kernel and of an external program using the
same macro name for different purpose, but CIPE checks only if it is
defined _at all_).

Incidentally (or rather, gladly - such a generic name is bound to
cause clashes) the DEBUG macro in the kernel include file was renamed
in newer kernel versions.
