Wich IP address do I have to choose for the CIPE adapter ? The IP address of
the computer is 192.168.1.101, the IP address of the router is 192.168.1.1
and the IP address assigned to the router by the internet isp is
213.193.169.123...

In the CIPE control Panel, I see :
Lan IP settings - Local IP Address & Port
Lan IP settings - Peer IP Address & Port
PTP IP settings - Local PTP Address
PTP IP settings - Peer PTP Address
I don't know what to put in there... (What is PTP anyway ?)
Suppose the remote computer has address 213.193.169.125, what are the
settings to fill in ? ...

What can I put as static Key ? Any number ?

First (if you haven't done already), assign an IP address to the adapter
using Windows network control panel.

Then, use the CIPE control panel to setup the peer, port and static keys.
