If you're using the RedHat 7.1 cipe rpm, check
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-cipcb0.

I can't believe nobody has an answer to my questions. Where does
"1.0.0.0" come from? Is this IP hardcoded in CIPE src in a way that
when some type of fail with addressing occurs this IP is automatically
used? I haven't coded it. Please, any idea is welcome.
