I tried looking in the tar archive of cipe-1.5.2 and found no
cipe/options.c. However, the source tree contains one after running
make.
Try checking whether the file exists in your source tree, and if not,
dissect the cipe/genoptions.pl, which I beleive must be involved
somehow.
