Subject: PKCIPE connection refused

Hello,

I am using RedHat 7.1 kernel 2.4.9-12, and cipe-1.5.2. I did
successfully get [ciped] working to connect my two DSL modems.

cipe0 : external IP 61.10.77.x
           internal IP 192.168.0.1

cipe1 : external IP 61.10.77.y
           internal IP 192.168.1.1

The /etc/cipe/options and access permission are set as documented.
However, when I tried to connect from cipe0 using pkcipe -D -E -c
cipe1:pkcipe for dynamic IP addresses, I got the error message on my
console "connect: connection refused". The /var/log/messages shows :

cipe0 pkcipe[9180] : main: getsockname: Socket operation on non-socket
cipe0 pkcipe[9180] : connect from 0.0.0.0
cipe0 pkcipe[9180] : packetRecv: frame error
cipe0 pkcipe[9180] : peer: no magic

Could anybody advise how to solve this problem.

Thank you, John Mok
