These are debugging messages from netfilter, triggered by what CIPE is 
doing. They have nothing to do with CIPE's own debugging.

To turn them off, recompile your kernel with CONFIG_NETFILTER_DEBUG off.
The text description of this option is "Network packet filtering
debugging" under "Networking options".
