Allegedly, it will be merged with the international kernel patch
(www.kerneli.org).

Interestingly, kerneli.org won't lookup.  I wonder if it has been blocked
due to Sept 11's event.

I was able to get the ip for it via whois and nslookup.  Add '213.188.8.65
www.kerneli.org' to your hosts file (w9x people: c:\windows\hosts, nt/2k
people: c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts).

Then the lookup will work fine -- since it's virtual hosted, the www must
be provided so it can be in the 'host:' mime header when connecting to the
virtual server.
