I've tested Cipe/dns2go.com with a local cable provider in Belgium and it
works without a hitch.  They issue dynamic addresses.  CIPE is the ideal
solution here.

I just need to find out if the IP changes if cipe will "lose" the connection
(if their is any because it's UDP...?) or if it keeps working if a dynamic
IP changes?

It wouldn't be hard to stop & start the service if a ping reply drop out or
something...
