Hi,

I set up a test vpn between Win2k/XP via the local lan (Ciped <-> hub
<-> win). This worked, now i want the run this over the router/internet:
Here is my setup:

Linux with Ciped <-> (internet) <-> Hardware Nat router <-> WinClient (2k
and XP)
cipe config:
device ppp0
ptpaddr         10.0.0.1
ipaddr          10.0.0.2
me              <ip of ppp0>:6789
peer            127.0.0.1:9
# I got this ip from cipe.info is this right?
key             [...]
The Windows config is:
Local IP        : 0.0.0.0:6543
Peer IP         : <ip of ppp0>:6789

Local PTP       : 10.0.0.1
Peer PTP        : 10.0.0.2

cipsrvr.exe console on the windows box prints out the following:
[Linux] Is using a BLOWFISH encryptor
[Linux] peer started on adapter [CIPE10]
[Linux] Sending CT_PING message
[Linux] Key lifetime expired. Forcing key exchange
[Linux] Sending CT_PING message
[Linux] Sending CT_PING message
[This message is repeated endless]

Starting ciped debug -o /etc/cipe/peers/vpntest
outputs:
CIPE daemon vers 1.5.2 (c) Olaf Titz 1996-2000
device=ppp0
debug=yes
ipaddr=10.0.0.2

tokxts=0
ping=0
toping=0
dynip=no
hwaddr=(none)
ifconfig=no
checksum=no
Using cipcb0 index 0
sending CT_CONFREQ

It is not possible to get traffic over the tunnel.

Iam using Cipe 1.5.2 and CIPE-Win32-2.0-pre14.

Can anyone give me a pointer what iam doing wrong?

Thanks

Jan
