Right, that's why I asked.  The dyndns server's ttl is 60s?  I suppose
that makes sense since ip's in their dns database are constantly
changing.  Does anyone know if the gethostbyname could get cached anywhere
else, or if it is simply that cipe doesn't call gethostbyname except for
the first time it makes a connection?
