If you just want to tunnel IPv6 over IPv4, use sit interfaces. The sit
interface doesn't care what interface it uses to get to the tunnel
endpoint.

However, if you build CIPE with the newer version 4 (5?) protocol, it'll
run IPv6 native; I have Zebra's ospf6d running over a network built from
CIPE tunnels...
