Subject: Strange... doubled interfaces!
Organization: La Nostra Famiglia - Polo FVG
I've a 486 that do forewall and VPN for a local branch of my
organization.
This morning was a potato (debian 2.2), kernel 2.4.18, cipe 1.5.2free-9
(in unstable) recompiled for potato.
I've upgraded to woody (debian 3.0), recompiled the kernel (again
2.4.18) and cipe modules from again 1.5.2free-9, but recompiled for
woody.
[note that i've a similar machine at other end, but a P150]
Now:

Note the double cipcb interfaces, but rather empty one.
Routing are OK.

And cipe works fine.
What happens?!
[could be the promoiscuous mode of eth1?]
Thanks.
