Dan,

What CIPE versions are you using btw?  Any error messages from either 
side?  How are you bringing up the tunnel?  Is one end static while the 
other is dynamic?

I was successful in getting the cipe win32 2.0 pre14 to work with linux 
cipe 1.54.  The linux end was static, while the win32 was a road warrior on 
modem dialup.  I was able to run VNC and my main linux desktop over the 
tunnel without any probs.

Also, would you mind turning off html in your email client, and use text only?
