Subject: newbie in win2k/CIPE question

Hi all!

I download and decompress package. After it I try to install CIPE on

 - when i simple enter : cipsrvr install -> The CIPE not answer
anything, but on Services list I couldn't found CIPE service,

after it i try to see Network Protocols and Network Services with
snetcfg.exe (DDK), on this I couldn't found CIPE miniport driver.

So how can I install correctly CIPE-Win32 on Windows 2000 ? (or how can
i found a documentation about it, because README file on CIPE package
only contain Windows NT install howto)
