Oh, sorry. You're trying to use Cygwin (and presumably GCC) to build Windows
2000 device drivers. Good luck. I don't know of anyone who's been able to
accomplish that yet. I wouldn't recommend it, either. I know that VCC is
expensive and it would be nice to be able to use GCC, but the DDK and SDK
stuff is all VCC specific.
