Vanilla 2.4.19, with the tiny change that the kfree_skb in ip_rt_bug in
net/ipv4/route.c has been commented out (for complicated reasons that aren't
worth going into now, but I know the code path in question hasn't been hit
since reboot since I haven't seen the results of the printk).

I'm happy to run a version with some debugging/tracing code inserted if you
like.
