multiple clients to a single vpn server

I can't find any info in the mailing list/faq about
this.  

Can multiple VPN clients, each behind their own NAT
firewall with dynamic address, connect to a single
CIPE server sitting behind a NAT firewall with static
address, simultaneously?

What's the maximum limit of clients simultaneously
connecting?
