Subject: Tip for RH8 CIPE installers.

For those that dont know, CIP is a virtual network device.  For those of
us running RH8, it can be installed using the neat (network
configurator) too.  (KDE->System Settings->Network).

Once in neat, select add, then CIPE VPN connection and go from there.

A very useful tool.  I'll add this method of installation to the CIPE
documentation, including what options in the neat tool correspond to
what options in the CIPE configuration files.
