Use DbgView by Mark Russinovich (sorry, do a web search) to see the messages 
from the Cipe driver and daemon. Also, you can use tcpdump on the Linux side 
to see if packet transfers are being attempted. And, make sure that the Cipe 
daemons (both sides) are running.
