Setting up cipe to listen on multiple interfaces

Is there a way to make cipe listen on more than one interface for incoming
connections?

I have a cipe server with multiple public static IP's on different ISP's.
Occasionally one or another connection will go down.  I'd like to make cipe
listen on every interface so that with round-robin dns, connections will
always be able to be established/resumed as long as one interface is still
working.

The other endpoint(s) do not have static IP's.  I tried setting up cipe with
me=0.0.0.0:<port>, but it only binds to localhost then, not all interfaces.
Using cipe 1.5.4.
