has anyone seen this problem before ?i have 4 subnets,a,b,c,d, connected
via cipe.
this is cipe 1.5.4 running on redhat 7.3. (a,b,and c gateways) and 7.1
(d gateway)

a --cipcb0-- b -cipcb1-- c
                   |
               cipcb2
                   |
                   d

and i see this problem between a and b and b and c, but never between b
and d. the error can happen on the gateway on either side of the
connection. it happens about once a month or so on b-c and once around
every two weeks on a-b, but not at any regular times.
