You create a batch file, add the appropriate "route add" line to it and enter the name of the batch file into the "Startup Script" field of the control panel. Future releases of the CIPE panel may contain a batch file editor with automatic generation of routing commands and a batch file selector box - the related code has been posted some weeks ago (http://sites.inka.de/bigred/archive/cipe-l/2003-04/msg00000.html) but has not yet made it into the release.
