It must have been deleted when I disabled it from Control Panel.
Anyway, I put it back and it work!!!!! (progress finally)

[out] Is using a NONE encryptor

This is an important line - it means the XP end has lost it's settings. You'll need to verify the encryptor and key have been saved correctly, usually by switching focus before closing the control panel. As Carsten would point out, this is a known problem.
