Sorry if this has already been answered but I just can't find the solution to my problem (not in the archives at least).
I have two windows box with CIPE-Win32 installed, and I've been able to setup a VPN between them. Each box can ping the other on the virtual address. The setup is the following :


box1
IPADDR=192.168.1.1
PTPADDR=192.168.1.2
ME=public.ip.address.1:9999
PEER=public.ip.address.2:9999

box2
IPADDR=192.168.1.2
PTPADDR=192.168.1.1
ME=public.ip.address.2:9999
PEER=public.ip.address.1:9999

the routing table on box1 looks like this :
127.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 1
192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.1 30
192.168.1.1 255.255.255.255 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 30
192.168.1.255 255.255.255.255 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.1 30
255.255.255.255 255.255.255.255 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.1 1


The trouble is, broadcast doesn't seem to work. I can't play LAN games which rely on broastcast for example. It's working all right with games allowing to specify the server IP, but not with the others. Is there a solution to this problem?
This is even more annoying since broadcast seems to work with the cro$oft VPN (PPTP) ...
