This should do it (I haven't tested it yet) but ipv6-over-ethernet-over-cipe 
or
IPv6-over-IPv4-over-cipe both affect the payload and such repeating nesting is
surely terribly to debug. Native IPv6-over-cipe just like the current
IPv4-over-cipe was a nice thing to have.
