Try adding these two lines:

dynip
ping 20

to your configuration on the public-IP server (your A I think).  Just
append those lines to /etc/pk/whatever.


Thank you very much. Dynip on server with public IP is the key :) After adding this everything works ok.
Ping is not necessary, but it solves problem with shutting down cipcb interface after shutting down cipcb interface on peer machine. Without ping and maxerr cipcb interface persist forever.
