it's not an error, it's a warning.
shouldn't be fatal..
However:

is a fatal compile error, probably because the RedHat kernel has something
back ported from the 2.5 tree: the 'next_task' member of a structure
'task_struct' doesn't exist anymore in the new version of this structure ...

After solving this one, I am sure many more problems will arise!

Maybe somebody has a patch already?

[I assumed you did install the correct kernel package (source or includes)?]
