There is little to comment on this piece of humorous SF. Synopsis: Dr. Dillingham is your average unremarkable neighborhood dentist when he is visited by an alien with a toothache. Pleased by the corrective work, the extraterrestrials pick him up and take him along on their journey. A galactic odyssey ensues, where Dillingham meets many strange creatures, fixes many... peculiar... teeth, applies to the Galactic University of Dentistry, and is eventually drawn into high office politics, all related to teeth, of course. Anthony avoids the pitfalls of sheer silliness, and the result is a very fluffy, entirely unserious, reasonably funny book. And remember to regularly brush your teeth, kids!
